Team Alignment Session

Teams struggle to achieve their goals because they are misaligned in their thinking and action. Understanding how each team member thinks will improve how they communicate, make decisions, solve problems, learn and collaborate.

Team members individually conduct an online NBI assessment followed by a 2 hour feedback session to create awareness and improve overall performance and value of the team to the organization and its stakeholders.

The Team drafts an action plan to incorporate the findings and new awareness into their operational strategy.
