Team members individually conduct an online NBI assessment followed by a 90 minute feedback session by the coach to create awareness, identify and address gaps, and improve overall performance and value of the team to the organization and its stakeholders.

The Team drafts an action plan to incorporate the findings and new awareness into their operational strategy.
