Introduction

Teams struggle to achieve their goals because they are misaligned in their thinking and action. Understanding how each team member thinks will improve how they communicate, make decisions, solve problems, learn and collaborate.

The Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) Team Assessment is a powerful diagnostic tool designed to help teams uncover the thinking preferences and dynamics that impact their performance. Process

Team members individually conduct an online NBI assessment followed by a 90 minute feedback session by the coach to create awareness, identify and address gaps, and improve overall performance and value of the team to the organization and its stakeholders.

The Team drafts an action plan to incorporate the findings and new awareness into their operational strategy.
